• Can I install StableCamper products myself?​

  • Yes, the majority of our products are self installed by camper owners.  Please see our Manuals page to view installation procedures on our products.  If you are not comfortable installing our products yourself, you can contact any RV technician, RV dealer, one of our Dealers, or you can come to our shop (Sandy, Oregon) and we can perform the installation for you. ​

• While I'm traveling in my Truck Camper, can you ship my order to me while I'm on the road?​

  • Yes, we ship many of our products to RV Parks, UPS Stores, etc. while people are on the road.  Please contact us and we can work with your schedule to ship anywhere.​

• What shipping services do you use?​

  • We primarily ship through UPS, however we can ship through just about any service if you have special needs.  Please contact us if you'd like to know more on shipping services.​

• Can your Stability Systems be used on uneven ground?​

  • Yes, we have designed our Stability Systems to attach to the stationary portion of the camper's jacks.  This design allows for the telescopic portion of the jack to move freely to level your camper on unlevel ground.​

• Do you offer discounts?​

  • In general, we do not offer discounts on our products.  We started our business with the idea that we will provide the best quality product we can at a reasonable rate to everyone everyday of the year.  Discounting structures are generally put onto products with inflated margins to attract customers.  We decided when we started StableCamper that we would not build our business like this, and so you will not see sale and promotional discounts on our products.   All that said, we provide one discount at Truck Camper Rallies that we attend to help promote Truck Camping. ​

• I do not see my camper listed in your store for Stability products, do you have a set that will work with my camper?​

  • In most cases, we can configure the standard components of our Stability System to meet almost any camper.  Please provide your camper's specific information in our Custom Order Request Form and we can provide you with pricing and configuration options to meet your specific need. ​
